Shopping Boulevard

The better-known chains are located along the Wyckerstraat and Maastrichterbrugstraat which, together with the Grote Staat, form the main shopping boulevard from the railway station to the Vrijthof.

Mosae Forum

If it's been a while since you last visited Maastricht, you're in for a surprise: a completely new shopping centre now graces the banks of the Meuse, forming a link between the old and the new Maastricht. Mosae Forum hosts a wide range of nationally famous outlets, including The Sting, S. Oliver and Esprit - a major addition to an already rich palette of shopping opportunities.

Entre Deux

Another lovely surprise right in the heart of the city: Entre Deux, an architectural tour de force with three layers of shops and stores, ranging from the Spanish chain store Zara to budget stores such as Xenos. And make a point of visiting the historic Dominican Church, beautifully transformed into a spacious and airy bookstore complete with trendy coffee bar - really something quite special!

Sales?

A question we often hear is: when does the next sale start? It’s a question we can’t really answer as there are no strict rules on sale dates in the Netherlands. Generally speaking, however, sales start at the beginning of each new season, i.e. when the previous collection needs to make way for the new one. If you want to be sure when your favourite shop is holding its next sale, the best thing to do is call the shop and speak to an employee.
