Restaurant Rozemarijn is located in the heart of historic Maastricht. The interior has a contemporary attractive look about it. The French/ international style of cooking practiced by chef Roland Philipsen is marked by playfully innovative contrasts. Although creative and innovative, his style is still based on the French cuisine. He likes to work with organic products due to their pure and authentic taste. The restaurant is located on the first floor and can accommodate groups of up to 32.
