For special exhibitions devoted to contemporary art and design, visit the Marres centre for contemporary culture. The beautiful house with its monumental rooms and large ecological garden is worth a visit in itself. And afterwards, be sure to visit Marres Books, the bookshop with a specialist collection devoted to art, design, photography, fashion, and theory.
