FabLab Zuid-Limburg

A FabLab is a workshop where everyone can make their own 2D or 3D product. We use computer-controlled machines such as a 3D printer, 3D scanner, 3D milling machine, lasercutter, vinylcutter, moldmaker, foamcutter, etc.
You can use these high-tech machines each Tuesday for free (only material costs, no appointment needed). On other days you can rent them at low cost with or without guidance.
We also work for many companies.

Besides we offer workshops: build your own 3D printer, 3D design on the computer, etc.
You can also follow basic courses in the use of a laser cutter, 3D printer, etc.

Every second Wednesday of the month we have a Dorkbot, an informal meeting in which people show their creative experiments with electronics (eg clothing with built-in sensors, etc.).
In cooperation with partners we organize presentations, eg on laser-cut fashion, 3D-prints with chocolate or clay, printing furniture, building wooden houses with a 3D milling machine, etc.
