In Hasselt, the capital of the Belgian province of Limburg, you can visit the National Jenever Museum, housed in an authentic 19th-century jenever (Dutch gin) distillery. Using authentic original equipment, the entire production process, from the grain ingredients to the final drink, is displayed and explained in various parts of the building.
