Venetian masks workshop

In this workshop, you will decorate your own stick-mounted Venetian mask under the inspiring guidance of the well-known Maastricht artist Jozefien Koelman. She studied the craft under Professor Augustino Dessi, an authority on commedia dell’arte masks. All masks are hand-made. You will paint the masks using traditional methods and then let your imagination run free as you decorate them with glitter, feathers and beads. There are masks for both female and male characters.
