The Toonzaal Maastricht (showroom) first opened its doors in 2002. Hugo van der Aa specialises in paintings and graphic art from the 1880-1980 period with a focus on Limburg artists. Peter de Boer, who also owns Kalpa Art on the Gasthuismolensteeg in Amsterdam, is a chartered appraiser in traditional African art. He specialises in West African art. Rotating contemporary guest exhibitions are scheduled in January, May and October. 

Closed for summer in the second half of July and August.
