Aux Pays-Bas

The Aux Pays Bas Diner & Lounge is housed in a lovely historic building with high ceilings alongside perhaps the most famous square in the Netherlands. The attractively contemporary interior setting, comfortable chairs and friendly service combine to create a relaxed and informal ambience in which you will quickly feel at home. The cuisine is international in flavour, and the kitchen is the only one in Maastricht open until 1 AM. Menus are also available in English, French and German. And if you’re looking for a great place to host a celebration or dinner party, be sure to visit our beautiful vaulted basement chambers which can accommodate groups of up to +/- 130 people.
